My parcel stuck somewhere,cannot track in china post

I have sent a parcel from saudi arabia on 13 th february,as per status parcel departed to shangai on 14 th february after this date their is no update in the system .Tracking no cp083437975SA

It left saudi arabia on Feb. 14 and on the way to China after that day. If it could be tracked in China, there will be tracking information when it arrives in China. It usually takes about a month to reach. It should reach recently.

Another situation is that it's already in China but this kind of package couldn't be tracked when it's in China.

This is regarding to the track number I wrote down before.
As you can see, it shows up that it got stuck in Spanish customs on 6th of January then on 28th of January it was returned. After that, the parcel eqs associated to this new track : DQ427V0723438540128070H the last one to check it out.
Local post office told me the package was given to origin, so they told me about opening a inquiry or complaint to know where it is. I have been waiting for over three months. Where is the parcel? Thanks
