My parcel no. is CP428102408CN. It has been almost 2 months in transit and now my parcel stuck in Spain for over 2 weeks already where it should be delivered to United Kingdom. I wonder why it said destination of the parcel is Spain where it should be delivered to UK. Should I open the dispute?

I'm waiting for my parcel (EB723835435CN) and for three weeks the status didn't change: Guangzhou, leaving the Guangzhou International Center, the next stop, Guangzhou International Exchange Station (via transfer).
Is it really stuck there or did something happen to it? Is it already on the way to Spain?

I ordered an item over 2 weeks ago now from China to the UK - it was dispatched by seller very quickly but has been stuck at your processing department for nearly 2 weeks now (no update on tracking since 2nd March!) please can you advise is my parcel lost?? Or is this normal for it to take so long? I’m concerned it’s just stuck in one place. I expected it to arrive to me within 2 weeks, not for it to still be stuck in China!!!!!
