My Parcel Stuck in Guangzhou Since 2nd August

I made an order from China on 31st July 2019 and it was shipped on 1st August via China Post Registered Air Mail with tracking number RV112817704CN and got to Guangzhou City on 2nd August. Since then, there has been no further tracking update. Where is my parcel

China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it from the beginning to the end. It could only be tracked for some stations of China. You'd better contact the seller to give you a solution if you couldn't get it in time.

As far as I know China Post Registered Air Mail parcels tracking status are updated till the end. It's only China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus parcels that cannot be tracked. I have been buying from AliExpress for years and that has always been the case. I know the parcel is not in my country because it does not appear on my country's postal service tracking website. I am certain the parcel is still in China. If I don't get my order before the delivery time I will open a dispute to recover my money and will never ship with China Post again

i have same issue order 20 packet from aliexpress all delivered and tracking was updated until i got the package except one that have stuck on Guangzhou since 2nd day also my country scan don't show that the product has arrived,i contacted the seller and he says that he contacted the shipping service and my package is at europe sorting centre but i don't believe him, i think my package is lost in Guangzhou.
