Hi Michelle,

It's delayed. It should be reached before August 20. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If it couldn't be reached before August 20, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

The seller has shipped my parcel (CP408554960CN) in June. It’s a surface parcel, and the status has been stuck at “sent to airline” for a month. The destination of this parcel is Norway.

Can I check when can I expect to receive it?
