Hi , the parcel was booked on 8th March 2021. It was received by airlines on 11th March 2021 . Tracking ID is EV740642846CN

Hi Morphious,

EMS packages sent to India are delayed. It usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in India after it was received by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

Is an item of clothing that didn't fit that I returned to the seller in China. It was sent on 17th March 2021, and arrived in China on 28th March. It sat from 28th March until 11th of may when it arrived at facility. It was then marked "Import stopped by Customs (Inbound)" on 11th May and has not moved since. The tracking number now says "expired". What can I do to get the item to be delivered to the seller so that I can get a refund?
