Hi Rosita Hinge,

AM150201232CN was delivered on October 28. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Australia. Then, use the number to check with Australia Post. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Where is my package (0 reply)

Hi my tracking # AS810754901CN
From what I can see from other comments, if I am in canada it seems that Canada post should deliver my parcel is that correct? One thing I am not understanding is how many people I see on here complaining that their parcel shows out for delivery and then isnt delivered or just stays "out for delivery" for a long time. My order stated it was out for delivery december 3rd, it is now december 9th and still states the same. One tracking site states its "outbound delivery" since dec 3rd which I assume means the same. I also see a lot of people's questions being told it is being returned to sender, this is another part I dont understand as Canada post usually just holds a parcel for pick up if they try to deliver and it is not delivered at the closest local pick up station. SO what is going on here? My package has been out for delivery for a solid week already

It says outbound delivery (0 reply)

Outbound delivery does that mean I need to pick up my package? If so where? It has said out for delivery since December 12th but still no delivery.
