When will my parcel be shipped, and when can I approx expect it to arrive in Vancouver Canada????? It has been sitting for over 2 months, the seller does not respond. I

LX131553727CN The seller is not answering any of my emails. I did receive a phone call recording from DHL but in Chinese so I had no way of knowing what was said. I know DHL
is used in China could they be calling about my parcel? Will I be able to track the parcel when it gets moving again?

Some of the packages sent to Canada are delayed. To my experience, there should be update showing it arrives in this month or early August, you'd better wait for more days to see if there is any update. If no, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
