I don't understand why it is taking so long to get here. Royal Mail said that it should only take 7 working days to get here. According to Royal Mail, 17th April the documents left on a flight from the UK. At the time of posting, we expressed that documents are extremely important because we need them for the working Visa process.
Is there any way that the documents can be retrieved?

HELLO, I have expressed that the documents are extremely important i need to get them back and use a more reliable service.
It's in transit to Chinan ow. There will be update when it arrives in China. To my experience, it takes about another 15-25 days to have update. Please wait for more days to see.
