I checked it on the system and it looks that was delivered on this direction AICHI, SHOWA, 466-8799 But the direction of deliver is
5-2 MATSUBARA-CHO, MINAMI-KU HIROSHIMA 732-0822
CITY TOWER HIROSHIMA APT#1813
Hiroshima shi minami ku, Hiroshima ken, Japan, 7320822

The seller should give you a solution at last if you couldn't get it.
