My parcel lost

Hi,
My parcel has been send via China post through SAL, two months past, it's still in Zhenzhou,China. No any update information!
Does my parcel lost? I contacted the sender in China and she went to post office asked the situation, but nothing she get from China post? that's makes us very disappoint on China post.
When Can I receive my parcel? Thanks for your help!
