Hi Tyler,

You need to contact the seller to provide the invoice to you and submit it to the customs. Or, it couldn't be released.

Hello,
While checking on a care package sent to my friend in Wuhan, I noticed my package has been stuck in customs clearance since 3/21 at 10 am. Will they contact me if I can provide any information rather than discarding or sending back my package? It's a care package for a friend, but as it was my first package sent overseas, I fear I may have filled out the paperwork incorrectly (Codes/forms), and it will be stuck, discarded, or returned. Any advice is very appreciated.
