13th August a package was received by a local agent in Bangkok for posting to the Russian Federation. EMS Tracking Ref. EE163196451TH. Tacking of this package stopped at THBKKC Export of International Mail and since then tracking has stopped. If there is a significant backlog of packages due to COVID, is it possible for me to recall this package and ask for it to be returned to me? I paid extra for the package to be returned if not delivered. If this is possible, please advise how I may proceed.
I need urgent information regarding my parcel which is stuck in Beijing, China since last one month. It is to come to India. According to the last tracking update - the parcel was accepted by the airlines on 22/11/2020. There is no further update after that. I was told earlier that the EMS packages coming to India have been delayed due to Coronavirus and the on-going clash between India and China, and I was told to wait few days. However it has been 2 weeks and I thought of writing again to enquire about the current status of my parcel. Is it still in China or has it left for India ?
