My Parcel is stuck in transit

I placed an order on 19/1/2021, I noticed my parcel has been at same spot since 6/2/2021, it’s meant to have been delivered to me by now as it’s over a month and my parcel is no where near Nigeria. I will be relocating out of Nigeria in 3weeks, how long do I have to wait to receive my parcel?

Hi Orakwe Adaobi,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on Feb.6 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Nigeria after it was handed over to the carrier transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
