Hello! My parcel (tracking number: LZ035412687CN) has been stucked in Shenzhen Swap Bureau since the 3rd of May. Since then, I haven't got any update. I know there might be some delays due to coronavirus but I'm starting to get concerned now. When may I expect any update or information?

Hello, it says Shenzhen, Import Swap Bureau retained since 11/07/2020 then it says that is in destination country. Can you please check my tracking number ( EE595336289GB) Is it still at the Bureau or is on his way to destination?
