I shipped a parcel to China using USPS and it's been held in Guangzhou customs since December 3rd, 2020. Is there someone I can reach out to for help?

Hi RYNZRO,

You need to contact the receiver to ask if he has received any notice from the customs about how to get it. In normal, the receiver should get a notice from the customs to declare.
