My parcel is stuck in Beijing for over 2 months

My parcel is stuck in Beijing, it says that it sent from Beijing International Mail Exchange Station and on the way to the same station. There are 2 packages (RE047201019CN and RE047201022CN) and their status was not updated for more than 2 months since the 12 of April. Can you give me some information?

Hi Anastasia,

They are still stuck in Beijing now. As it has been over two months that they are still stuck there, it's not normal. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution or open a dispute on AliExpress to get refund as soon as possible.
