Hello, my parcel has been stuck at the above location since 21st January, from China to Australia, Is it ever going to arrive? Where is it?

I have same situation here’s my tracking #: 772935286362. What’s going on? How long do we have to wait for an update? Can you please at least provide an estimated time of arrival. Thank you!

Hi Charlie C,

It's delayed due to the Chinese Spring Festival Holiday. To my experience, it should be reached before March 15. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
