My parcel is stuck at the airport in China

I ordered stuff from China several times now, even during Corona. Everything came very fast. But this shipment however takes ages now. It was ordered in March and shipped out in early April. It took 14 days to get to the airport alone and is stuck there for almost a month now. It did not even leave the country and I'm getting frustrated. The seller even replied my order would already be on flight, but NO flight takes 4 weeks, it should have been in Germany by now.
Please, do something about this issue!

It has left China and is in transit to Germany now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-60 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for more days to get update. It may be delayed due to some reason.
