Hi henna,

You need to let the receipient in China call China Post service number 11185 or 11183 to check it for you. Tracking information stops after Sep. 21.

The seller has shipped my parcel (CP408554960CN) in June. It’s a surface parcel, and the status has been stuck at “sent to airline” for a month. The destination of this parcel is Norway.

Can I check when can I expect to receive it?
