My parcel is stuck

I have two parcels that have been Stuck at the sorting center since March 20th and March 30th. Is this normal or is this a delay because of the virus.

Hi Dimitri,

It's normal to see packages stuck in China. They are delayed due to the coronavirus. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

The seller has shipped my parcel (CP408554960CN) in June. It’s a surface parcel, and the status has been stuck at “sent to airline” for a month. The destination of this parcel is Norway.
