I tracked my parcel, and it's showing as "returned." Does this mean I'll still receive the product, or has it been sent back to the seller? If it has been returned to the seller, do I need to request a refund?

You need to tracked it in the following days to see. If it's returned back to the seller and the seller gets it, you need to contact the seller to ask for refund or require a re-delivery in time.

Where is my package, stuck after “returned” status (0 reply)

Hi my parcel was shipped on November 14th and originally the status was showing “airline received” but then it said that the parcel was returned. Now it has been stuck on “ Guangzhou City, leaving the Guangzhou International Mail Processing Center, the next stop of the Guangzhou International Mail Exchange Station (via transfer)”. It has been stuck on this since October 20th. Is this normal and why was the parcel returned? Is it awaiting a flight now to Canada or is it being returned still? Is everything okay with the package? My tracking number is EB756206101CN. Any information will help!
