The tracking said this was handed to airline on March 31, 2020. Does this mean that it had already been flown out of China to the destination? Or, is it still sitting with the airline and waiting for the airline to fly the package out? How can we track it further? Today is April 23, 2020, almost one month after handed to airline. Does the China Post April 17, 2020 announcement of stop mailing ePacket affect this package? Is this going to be delayed until China Post resume handling ePacket? Please track and advise. Thank you.

It arrived in Beijing on March 28 but left China April 7. You'd better contact Royal Mail to help you check it for you.
