my parcel is stuck at FLIGHT DEPARTURE from two months now EV979972248CN
why i have to wait all this time ?
its normal ?

Hi Reda,

Airline departs on June 24. It usually takes about 20-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Morocco after airline departs. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

I had a package sent to me on April 14th, through China EMS. It was collected on the 15th and despatched to the UK on the 17th, however the tracking site I was provided with and my local couriers tracking both have no updated since. I thought EMS was usually quicker than this and I looked it up to read that EMS from China to the UK usually takes 7-20 days, but my tracking has not updated in a month.
I found tracking websites that share more detailed information however this is what I get:
May 8, 2021 22:14 -Flight Departure
May 8, 2021 22:14 - Transiting via the transit Airport
May 9, 2021 21:10 - Flight Departure
May 10, 2021 12:02 - Flight Departure
May 12, 2021 15:16 - Flight Departure
May 13, 2021 00:07 - Flight Departure
May 14, 2021 09:00 - Flight Departure
May 15, 2021 09:44 - Flight Departure

Why has its flight departed so many times? What does this mean. Should I be concerned about my parcel yet?? Or is taking this long normal for EMS
