My parcel is in Beijing for a month already, no one is sending it to Shanghai.

Hello there,
I'm based in Shanghai, i've tried to call a billion times already, but no one is giving me any updates regarding my parcel. My parcel (CL100156218RU) from Saint-Petersburg, Russia has successfully arrived at the Chinese customs in Beijing April 8th. However until now it hasn't been delivered to me. I do understand that Shanghai is now under citywide lockdown, but my wife is pregnant and about to deliver in a few weeks, hence we really need our baby items that are in the parcel, simply because we are unable to buy anything in Shanghai, i would like to understand what is the situation and when we'd be able to receive our parcel. As i've mentioned earlier, we have already called and tried to get any updates from China Post Customer Service, but no one is telling us anything, rather than "I don't know". Please get back to me timely. Thanks

As i've mentioned to you, i've called them a billion times already and they are not providing any updates. It's extremely critical for us to receive this parcel before 15th of May. Some parcel are already being shipped to Shanghai from other cities, my friends have received their parcel from Guangzhou yesterday. All i want to know is when we'd be able to receive it, because so far no one came back to us with an update. Thanks!

My parcel number is CC002837321PK. It is arrived at Beijing and with EMS china post since 8th June 2022. When i will receive it in Guilin ?
It's delayed due to the lockdown of Shanghai. You'd better call China Post service number 11185 to ask when it could be delivered.
