I ordered a parcel from sports direct TikTok sale shop for close to two weeks. Apart from tracking code, all my query is not been replied to. I need to know where my parcel is and why take this long pls.

Good Day,
Please trace where my device is and when it should be transported to the destination place.
I purchased on the 27th of August and paid for shipment as i thought i will receive asap.
As per last comments " In transit -Departed waypoint Shangai Pudon".
I feel like it's delaying as there is no indication which reflects the device will be in my country asap, I also phoned SAPO and they confirmed that they have not received my device yet.

Hi hope you guys are safe from covid! My parcel is stuck in Guangdong processing center for 26 days. I have no clue whether my seller paid for the taxes or not, I asked him for a refund but he said it is not possible since he already shipped it out and said the covid restrictions are delaying the goods.
