My parcel is coming from Hong Kong

My parcel is coming from Hong Kong to me in Guangzhou. It’s been in customs for a week now. Wondering if I have to pay to have it released? Tracking number is LA002792470HK a contact number of any information would be a great help.

Hi Darrrn,

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him call China customs service number 12360 to check.

I live in Australia and I have been tracking this item for a few weeks now and I have noticed that it was being shipped from New York to Hong Kong when It should be coming to Australia.

I ordered this item off of Madison Beer's official shop website in June and it only got shipped out in October.

It is now nearly November and I am still yet to receive my parcel.

I was just wondering if there was anything you guys could do, or should I just wait until November 18 when the item is due to arrive in Australia?
