my parcel is being held in customs

Hi there,
I have a package that arrived in Guangzhou yesterday from USA. I received a
a notice that it is being held in Customs. Tracking number is CB131298255US. Why would it be held? How can i receive my package?

Hi Edebie,

You'd better wait for more days to see if it could be released by the customs. If no, let the receiver in China check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check.
