My parcel I sent to china has been in customs for a month

The package I sent to china arrived in chia customs waiting for clearance over a month ago ( September 25th arrived in customs, it’s now November 8th)
Why is it not being cleared? They have our email address and phone number and return address why haven’t they contacted us?
Tracking number is LK184942321AU
What can I do to get it sent to delivery address or get it returned to us?

Hello, I have a parcel that was sent from china to Australia but parcel has been stuck at customs for a month now. I have emailed my local customs and provided them my tracking but i am told that they do not have the parcel. Could you please help with this issue? My brother sent me a package from UK. It was on Feb 6th. He sent me medical masks. I still have not received them. It says they are stuck at China customs... I don't know who to call or where is my parcel. EE595834947GB- this is the tracking number. please help.

What is the update on this parcel - tracking CF132239894AU? I sent a laptop to China to be repaired, however it has been stuck at the customs in Shenzhen for a month now. With the latest update stating - Taxable mail pending payment by recipient. What does this mean? And what can I do in the future to prevent this from reoccurring?
