Hello, i bought something almost two months ago and it's been stuck in transit since februay 16. Why hasn't it moved? Do i have to ask for a refund?

It should be delayed in the middle transit station due to some reason. You'd better ask for a refund first from the seller and require the seller to open a case for you to check.
