my parcel EV991565619CN was cleared awaiting departure since 21st August 2021 and since then there has been no movement. Please lodge an enquiry asap.

It should be delayed. I suggest you wait for another 15 days to see if there is any update. If you still couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

When I look on the Royal mail tracking, it says the parcel has left the originating country but on here it says it is in Beijing International Mail Exchange Station. I was wondering if it has left china yet. Here's the tracking code LX266356773CN.
