I was wondering if anyone had any advice for me? I ordered a parcel off of Ebay in Dec last year. It should have arrived two months ago already, but still nothing.
When I track the parcel it states that it is in "South Africa, Arrived at destination country airport" and it hasn't moved since the 3rd of Jan. I've phoned mailing centres, customs, sars, sappo, but can't reach anyone who is able to assist. I don't want to lose my parcel but I have no idea where it is or how to find it and when asking the seller, I get very little helpful feedback. Any suggestions or similar experiences?

The parcel was sent on 17 July 2021 and was traced from Shenzhen and traced to PostNL in the Netherlands where it arrived on 23 July 2021. PostNL cannot find the parcel as they do not recognize the T&T number HJYTE2134005173YQ. How can I find out where my parcel is?
