My parcel has not arrived. Back and forth between Dongguan and Guangzhou 3 times

My parcel has not arrived yet for tracking# LP058239491CN.
It went back and forth between Dongguan and Guangzhou 3 times already. Please tell me what is happening on my parcel, and also please tell me a solution for it.

Hi Louie,

It didn't pass the check and was returned back for three times. It was delivered to you again now. You need to track it in the following days to see if it's normal. If it's returned back again or you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution.

I would like to understand what is happening in Guangzhou center
as you can see, it says on Nov 19th, it has been sent to airline and no update for more than 10days
then, all of sudden it arrived at Guangzhou center once again after custom clearance on Nov 30th and sento airline on Dec 1st. Then interestingly, it has arrived at Guangzhou center AGAIN!
and now it has sent to airline ONCE AGAIN!
Can anyone tell me what's going on with my parcel please????
