It's been over 20+ days and its been saying the same thing. Can I get an update????

I have 2 packages that are in the status of "Fuzhou City, has been delivered to the airline transport" since May 14, 2020. LS328064358CN and LS330554602CN. I understand your prior answers to others of 30-60 days once the packages leave China. (Therefore, I'm potentially looking at approx. July 14, 2020, before I should expect an update?) It has already been about 45 days.

Ordered item months ago. Its been at the air port for weeks. There has been no ETA. Do we need to call international customs, or US BBB?
