My parcel has been stuck in the same place

my parcel (LT295458749NL) has been stuck in the same transit place since 9/10/2020 and I was supposed to receive it by this week as I really need it for this weekend for my son's first birthday. can you please let me know when I will receive it I really need it this weekend I can not make another order now as it is too late?

Hi LT295458749NL,

I think you couldn't receive it this weekend. To my experience, packages will be stuck there for at least a month.
