My parcel has been stuck for over 2 weeks.

My order LX274098223CN has been stuck with the message “Langley Get To The Sorting Ground” it has been over 2 weeks now. When will I receive the parcel? Also I can’t check with Royal Mail as they have not processed the item.

Hi BenJ,

It takes more days for Royal Mail to get it. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
