My parcel has been stuck at Fuzhou saying it been delivered to the carrier with no updates for 16 days can you tell me what going, my tracking code is LV379025129CN

Hi Stephen adeniya,

It was delivered to the carrier transport on Dec.13 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

The seller has shipped my parcel (CP408554960CN) in June. It’s a surface parcel, and the status has been stuck at “sent to airline” for a month. The destination of this parcel is Norway.
