My parcel has been sitting at the sorting office for over a month now.

Hello I am enquiring about my parcel RF508140135GB.
I sent it through royal mail here from the Uk. But for some reason since it arrived at the sorting office in China it is still there for over 1 month now. It got there on 3/4/2023 and it is now the 10/04/2023. Why is my parcel taking so long to be posted to my recipients. It is a return item and it needs to be sent to them in order to get my money back from an aliexpress order.

Can you please let me know why this item is taking so long to be authorised through the holding office. Thank you.
