My parcel has arrived in Hangzhou but don't know where to collect it

My parcel arrived in Hangzhou from India on 9 Nov but still I did not any call from post office asking for to collect the parcel.can anyone please help me to sort out with this

My parcel tracking number is CM419783481IN .current status is showing item received at office of exchange inb at Hangzhou on 9/11 but still not got any call from post office

It may be stuck at the customs. You'd better contact the recipient to ask him call China Post service number 11183 (then 8 for English service) to ask how to get it.

If I did not call them then will it come or not? And how Much time it take for customs clearance
What's the tracking number for your parcel?
