the number of my parcel is RA921295092IT, it's already in beijing but how long will take to arrive to my destination ?

Hi robbmarino,

It all depends. In most cases, it takes about a week to 10 days to process it in China. China Post is processing it. Wait patiently.

My parcel is stuck in “The item is on transport to the country of destination” since the 2nd of February. Does that mean my parcel is lost? It has been 20+ days and it hasn’t arrived at the country destination yet (Italy). It’s from the Netherlands to Italy. Italy is not that far from the Netherlands so it should have arrived by now. My parcel is not even stuck in customs because it’s not in Italy at all. I really think my parcel is lost. Can you please help me with what’s going on?
