My Parcel from Ireland is stuck in Customs since July 6th. Can I help?

Hi, My parcel (reference EF731372916IE) has been stuck in customs since July 6th. It is a prototype of a new educational product for autistic children, which we are hoping to find a suitable Chinese manufacturer. Could you please advise if there is a specific problem and if there is anything that I can do to help move it along towards it destination,, please?

How can I contact via email, customs in Shenzehn China? I am returning parcel to seller in China for repairs, but customs is waiting for an invoice for clearance. Seller cannot contact. They say no one answers phone. My parcel arrived in customs in China on 29th July 2021, and I'm still waiting. Please help.
