My parcel from got stuck in Canada for about a month

Hi,
I’m not sure what happened to my parcel sent from China a month ago. In the tracking system, I noticed that the parcel has already arrived at the destination a month ago, but it didn’t say if it had been sent out or still in the custom. The tracking number is: E8761987096CN.

E8761987096CN is not a right tracking number, please provide the right one in order to check it for you.
