My parcel did not arrive, out for delivery 4 days then said delivered but wasnt

My parcel was in transit some 17 days, said it was out for delivery for four days then suddenly came up as delivered 3 days ago. Never arrived. Not delivered to neighbours. can you please provide delivery details - who signed for it, where it was delivered, if it was delivered at all. Suspect this was a scam tracking number. GOA105815420YQ .

Please advise location of the parcel.
