My parcel could not be delivered

I have sent a parcel from Australia to return an item I purchased that was not as described. The tracking number is LK122794659AU
The address I was given to send the parcel back to for full refund is
Shenzhen Best Technology Co Ltd
District C, second floor, Building A,
Renxing Machinery Industrial Park
Minzhi Avenue, Minzhi Street
Longhua New District, Shenzhen,
Guangdong 518000 CN
The message on the tracking advises parcel was Undeliverable- wrong address, can you please check that you tried to deliver to this address.
Please advise the situation when you attempted to deliver to this address.

Hi Tania Donnelly,

Do you leave the phone number of the receiver? According to the tracking information, the receiver in China couldn't be get connected. The postman couldn't connect him. You need to contact the receiver to let him call China Post service number 11183 to check as soon as possible.
