hello,
No package has been delivered to me, even if China post tracking says, that the package has been delivered.
Please tell me where my parcel is.
In tracking history, no City names are mentioned. I can't find any proof that the parcel has ever reached german ground.
It says "Delivered" on two days...but not to my home.
Other postal Services from China always mention City names and postal Services in destination country e.g. DHL. Nothing is mentioned here in this tracking.

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Germany. Then, use the number to check with your local post service about the detailed address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
