I FROM SOUTH AFRICA I ORDER ON THE 28 JANUARY 2024 AT SHFIM I TRACK MY TRACKING NUMBER AND THE YSAID I ALREADY RECEIVED IT BUT I DIDNT RECEIVED IT THIS WAS ON THE 2024-02-20 07:29 DELIVERED,Gqeberha,Eastern Cape 6025 BY ME 2024-02-20 07:29 i stay in n complex if they deliverd and someone sign it then tant person will bring it to me i am the whole day at my home

Hi WERDA BAIN,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in your country. Then, use the number to check with your local post courier about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Please, can you help me to determine, where is my parcel?
The trucking number of my parcel is EA249428016CN.

The last place where the parcel was registered is Istanbul 01.02.17, (it had to fly to Budapest).

Hi.
I have a parcel currently in your system and was looking for an update.
I ordered the parcel over 3 weeks ago and was told it would arrive within those 3 weeks.
The current status of my parcel is ‘Shipment leaves processing center ’ this was updated 8 days ago and I’ve had nothing at all since. The seller doesn’t seem to understand what I am asking him and as told me multiple different (clearly made up) locations for where my parcel is.
Could you please inform me of where exactly my parcel is and how long roughly until it arrives at my door.
