Shipped by your company CHINA POST ,on the 27 august 2021 to the United Kingdom tracked,upt to the 27 September and then disappeared I have emailed your company to request the delivery company that you used to have them delivered in the United Kingdom and you have failed to tell me ,so I can assume that you have lost them ,so please tell me how I can claim from your company

According to the tracking information, AQ525921763CN/AQ525927307CN were delivered on September 29. If you don't get them, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

You still have not told me who the carrier is in the United Kingdom, the carrier you use to deliver them ,and it seems that your company was the last to have my packages,so please inform the carrier that they have not been delivered yet thank you

Royal Mail is in charge of delivering them to you after they arrive in UK. But there should be another tracking numbers to track them after they are in UK. You need to contact the seller to ask.

Tracking numbers 89040947897 & 89039773045 & 88049455064 all show no tracking information, but the sellers insist they were all shipped 12/12/16, 12/11/16, 12/9/16 respectively. It is now 12/25/16. I have packages coming from the following tracking numbers and I know if you call a worker they can tell you if it is a physical package or scam, because I have schizophrenia and believe it could be a scam shopping website. Here are my package numbers please make sure my package is delivered to me and tell me if its a scam. AS750433758CN, AS750419030CN, LV746616725CN, AS750438998CN, AS750429565CN, LV744916038CN, LV752240283CN. I want to know if these are packages being sent to me, they are mostly cloth, should be big packages.
