it says two of my packages were shipped 30 days ago both LV894185991CN and LV894185890CN there has been no update since the 15th November 2023 on both packages, the last update was the 15th saying airline departure. All the other three of my packages that have said airline departure have updated to plane arriving to destination within maximum 5 days. im just wondering would you be able to help me please and thanks

This is not the first time I ordered with China Post, it only ever took around 20-25 days for me. But this time it has been stuck at ‘received by airline’ for 18days, so it has been in transit for 23 days. Usually after received by airline it changes status to airline departure after a day and also plane has landed after 3 days. Is this normal it hasn’t updated, or maybe it wont update anymore I will just receive it in a few days/weeks? I have 3 other packages, two have the same status and 1 is still at Handed over to the carrier for transportation, Guangzhou, Guangdong

I have two packages that were sent in January 3rd, however I haven't had any updates since January 9th when these packages went to "Airline departure". Could you please help me find further details of my packages?
