Hi Lynette Washington,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on Nov. 24 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was handed over to the carrier transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Hello,
I sent 2 packages of personal items to the United States from China on September 25th. The last update I have received was on October 1st stating it had been processed in Beijing. I was expecting these packages to arrive after 4-6 weeks. Is this normal or have my packages been lost? The tracking numbers are cp382300268cn and cp382300271cn.
