My packages are not delivered (4 of them)

06574168599, 06574587573, 06560574138 and 06567630333 - cant track this package. please help urgently!
The seller is also not responding. I have spent money and expect some customer service.

Hi Saesha,

These are sent by China Post ordinary small packet plus which is a cheap service. It couldn't be tracked so easy to be lost on the way. Also, it takes a very long time usually 2-4 months to reach the destination country. I suggest you open a dispute to AliExpress if you couldn't receive it before Christmas.

Hello, I bought several ukuleles one after the other from Amazon from September 23rd, 2023 with the following ChinaPost tracking numbers:
AT044996010CN, AT045266581CN, AT053759623CN, AT052277430CN (two more packages for me are still on the way). I would like to receive all of these packages even though the seller has already issued me a credit against my express request due to alleged shipping problems.

I have two packages (AS810668777CN, AQ219712290CN) that say they were delivered both on the the same day. Both package packages have not been delivered. where are you getting this status from, and where were these delivered to. The Seller says to contact my local post office. I did, they have no record. what is going on? I see lots of these types of complaints from CHINA EMS.
