My packages are 103 days in transit, what happened?

Hi Renato,

They are stuck in the middle location. As it has been over three months, it's not normal. You'd better contact the sender to check them for you and give you a solution in time.

My packages are stuck at Guangzhou Customs over a week. Can you find out what happened to my packages? It’s over 64 days since I sent them from the US and I am not happy about this. It’s been over 2 months and still they are in transit.
